The full-time Administrative Assistant will develop, update and monitor addenda, amendments and contracts to ensure provider contracts are compliant with all Federal, State and County requirements, prepare and be present for monthly Human Services Board meetings and prepare and log release of confidential information. Individual will perform other clerical/administrative duties, including computer data entry, preparation of reports/documents, work with tracking and/or tickler systems, schedule appointments and back up other administrative/clerical staff as needed.
Applicants must possess a one year Technical Diploma related to the office assistant field and two to four years of relevant office experience or any other combination that provides the relevant knowledge base. A valid driver’s license is required.
