Access Social Worker

Provide intake and preliminary assessments for all reported CPS cases. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in human services field; one year experience in Human Services/Social Work-related field; insurance acceptable driver’s license; Qualify under WI Caregivers Law, WI Act 27; Active WI Social Work Certification within 6 months of hire OR WI Social Worker – Training Certificate within 6 months of hire and then active WI Social Work Certification within 2 years of hire. 40 hours/week. $23.71 – $27.10/hour.
