Webinar: WCA Services, Inc. and No Wait Inside Discuss Citizen Servicing Technology

Join WCA Services, Inc. and No Wait Inside (NWI) on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for a Zoom webinar, as we discuss citizen servicing technology. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

COVID-19 has seen a profound shift in the way customers conduct business. People have become accustomed to operating within this paradigm shift, be it online grocery store orders to curbside restaurant pick up to phoning in from the parking lot at the dentist to let them know you’ve arrived.
No Wait Inside was launched at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in May of 2020 to help counties restart offering face-to-face services to their citizens. Today over half the counties in Minnesota and many other counties in surrounding states use NWI’s flagship product, No Wait Inside.
The No Wait Inside app allows customers to inform your county when they have arrived. Then, county employees can use the app’s toolset to inform these individuals when you are ready to have them enter the building.
With COVID-19 evolving, learn about how you can update your citizen servicing with minimum investment, while also improving citizen and staff satisfaction. The NWI team will conduct this 30 minute webinar to educate you on current trends and demo their technologies.
