WCA Educational Webinar: Wisconsin County Forests: Legislative Update and Budget Update

Join WCA on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. for an update on the latest legislative and budget priorities involving Wisconsin county forests. Wisconsin County Forests Association Executive Director Rebekah Luedtke will present the hour long webinar, with an opportunity for attendee Q&A.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND — County executives, administrators, administrative coordinators, county board members, forests, conservationists, code administrators and other interested parties.

REGISTER IN ADVANCE — After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.

ZOOM PLATFORM — You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend a Zoom meeting or webinar. You will be prompted to download the software, once you have clicked on the link that you have been provided. You may also wish to create an account before the meeting, but that is not required to participate in a Zoom meeting. Upon entry, each attendee will be muted. If you wish to ask a question, please use the Q&A feature to type in your question.

Q&A DURING THE MEETING — During the meeting, you may use the Q&A feature to ask a question at anytime. At the end of the call, your questions will be addressed.

Wisconsin County Forests Association Executive Director Rebekah Luedtke
Rebekah Luedtke is the Executive Director for the Wisconsin County Forests Association (WCFA) based in Merrill, WI. The WCFA is a non-profit quasi-government organization established in 1968 to provide a collaborative forum for considering issues, legislation and policies of its 30 member counties, who collectively manage over 2.4 million acres in Wisconsin.
Rebekah has a degree in Forestry from Iowa State University and joined WCFA in 2019 after working for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry for 14 years.
