On November 22, 2016, a federal court enjoined enforcement of the new FLSA rules on salary exemptions that were scheduled to go into effect next month. This ruling has far reaching implications for counties. What should employers do in response? Is it okay to put everything on hold? Is there a chance that the regulations come back?
